“The key to fulfilling our full potential and living a balanced life is to train our mind, body and soul in equal measures.” – Steve Agyei
Good morning peeps, meditation done.
Quote for the Day:
“The key to fulfilling our full potential and living a balanced life is to train our mind, body and soul in equal measures.”
My lifelong passion has been the journey of developing a meaningful balance between health, fitness and lifestyle. Throughout this journey I have always believed that wherever you’re from, whatever your story, you can be brilliant at something, with the right mindset.
During my career I have trained at the highest level to become a personal trainer, a choreographer, yoga teacher, football coach and classical ballet dancer. Constantly learning and developing, over the years I have evolved my programmes, absorbing, blending and creating bespoke workouts for bespoke people.
I have performed with Mariah Carey, the Spice Girls and Sting. I have entertained crowds at the Royal Opera House, having trained at the the Urdang Academy of Ballet and Performing Arts.
I have worked with Cherie Blair, Emma Bunton, Daley Thompson, Louie Spence, David Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Usher and coached for adidas, Brighton and Hove Albion, Chelsea and Ian Wright’s soccer school – finding time to even choreograph for Beyoncé.
My unique journey has afforded me the gift of creativity, allowing me to uniquely blend, the very best of ballet, personal training, football and exercise fused with the meditative strengths of yoga.
All of this has enabled me to become an expert in stretching, flexibility, range of motion for everyday life, breathing and meditation.
So it should come as no surprise that I have evolved and encompassed this training and lifestyle philosophy to create The Elysium Way
Often asked to contribute my thoughts to print, I have written fitness articles for publications such as Men’s Health, Zest, Sunday Times Style and Tatler and have also written for the US digital publication Early To Rise.
My personal driving force is to improve the health, happiness and lifestyles of as many people as possible.
“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.”
Said Mahatma Gandhi
I would like to invite you to join me on the next stage of my journey in 2017 The Elysium Way at the Elysium Fields, which will be the home of my own wellness programme.
Elysium means beautiful, blissful, creative, peaceful, divinely, inspired and perfect.
In Greek mythology, Elysium, also called Elysian Fields or Elysian Plain was originally the paradise to which heroes on whom the gods conferred immortality were sent.
We have taken ancient Greek, Eastern and Western philosophy and combined it with dance, sport, yoga, fitness utilising the latest innovative modern technology and collaboration tools to create the Elysium way of life.
We will be based at a family estate in the heart of the English countryside hidden from the public for 365 years with 3,000 acres of farmland, formal gardens, a walled garden and beautiful agricultural buildings, including granary, byre, bull pens and many more buildings with original features, fixtures and fittings.
We have teamed up with fellow visionaries in the fields of fitness, food, progressive farming, garden design, botanical expertise, wellbeing and spirituality to join us on our journey.
“We name ourselves after our journey. Because we believe wellness is a journey to paradise.”
There is no quick fix, The Elysium Way is a way of life that uses good daily habits and practices to create balance and form a happier, healthier and wealthier lifestyle.
I would love you to join my journey with me in 2017 it is going to be magical.
Have a Superb Saturday peeps and a wonderful weekend.
