“I care not what others think of what I do, but I care very much about what I think of what I do! That is character!” – Theodore Roosevelt

Good morning peeps, meditation done.
Quote for the Day:
“I care not what others think of what I do, but I care very much about what I think of what I do! That is character!”
William Penn
Too often we care about what other people think too much.
We can’t control how other people think and how other people act we can only control how we think and how we act ourselves.
When I was choreographing shows for global conferences like adidas and Umbro, I would not want any of the clients to see my work until I had finished creating a piece and was happy with it myself and then I would be happy for anybody to come and see it.
When I am happy with what I was doing myself then I know whatever I am doing is good.
I am the same now in whatever I am doing, nothing much has changed.
The person I really need to impress is myself; I am my own worst critic.
But once I have satisfied my own high standards and I can look in the mirror and say I have done the best I can then I am happy with myself and can take a sense of pride and self-confidence forward into the task at hand.
Make sure it’s the same for you in your approach to your own life.
Remember it’s your life, no body else’s, so care not about what other people think, but care very much about what you think.
Have a Super Sunday and enjoy the rest of your weekend
